This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +2 more states.
• Report to leadership and regional teams regarding results, forecasts, and emerging trends.
• Create KPI reports and generate key business insights.
• Aggregate data points to influence leadership decisions and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Formulate suggestions for new business processes and initiatives aimed at enhancing Sales operations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to analyze trends in critical performance indicators.
• Construct financial models and analyses for business partners.
• Assist in designing compensation structures for the sales teams.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams on business initiatives and process enhancements.
• Convert business initiatives into actionable objectives for Sales operations.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Inside Sales.
• Familiarity with SaaS or recurring customer subscription models.
• Proficient in using CRM Software, BI Tools, and Google Applications.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Experience in data management along with a solid understanding of data transformation and visualization techniques.
• Proficient with tools such as Domo, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
