This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of pipeline and forecast intelligence. Develop and maintain inspection frameworks to enhance visibility, identify risks early, monitor progress, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Create AI-native workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize friction. Employ Claude and other LLM-based tools alongside GTM data (e.g., Salesforce, Gong) to automate reporting processes, generate insights, and lessen manual tasks throughout the GTM organization. Ensure data hygiene and improvement within systems of record, allowing us to build on trustworthy information.
• Lead GTM cadences that transform data into actionable strategies. Convert pipeline, conversion, and activity data into executive-ready recommendations. Foster an operating rhythm with structured analysis that drives decisions beyond mere updates.
• Utilize First Principles Problem Solving to assist in operational transformation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, and Finance to identify challenges and develop scalable solutions.
• Play a role in GTM planning by providing dependable performance diagnostics, pipeline analysis, productivity and capacity modeling, and quota modeling.
• 5-8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or a similar analytics-intensive operational role within a B2B SaaS or platform business.
• Proven track record in building with AI tools through projects, personal workflows, or process innovations that demonstrate initiative and self-learning.
• Practical experience with Salesforce, encompassing reporting structures, object relationships, pipeline management, and forecasting workflows.
• Expertise in constructing GTM models (forecast, productivity, pipeline, capacity, etc.) and automating processes for consistency.
• Established capability to function and innovate in rapidly changing environments with incomplete data, adjusting structure and methodology as the business progresses.
