This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the Salesforce data layer for Sales, ensuring object model accuracy, field definitions, pipeline data integrity, and the hygiene processes that maintain the reliability of opportunity data.
β’ Develop and manage SFDC reports for Sales, including pipeline views, stage conversion, representative activity, and attainment, acting as the primary Salesforce reporting resource for Sales leadership and frontline managers.
β’ Establish and uphold data entry standards throughout the Sales organization.
β’ Collaborate with the GTM Systems Architect on modifications to SFDC configurations.
β’ Oversee the operational aspects of the Sales forecast process, conducting weekly pipeline and forecast review meetings.
β’ Create pipeline review materials by extracting data from SFDC reports to highlight trends, risks, slippage, and coverage gaps by segment for discussion with Sales leadership.
β’ Manage SPIFs and accelerators; monitor performance and report results to Sales leadership and Finance.
β’ 5β8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS context.
β’ Extensive experience with Salesforce ownership, including object model design, data hygiene management, and using SFDC as the primary system of record for Sales.
β’ Hands-on experience in managing sales compensation administration, including plan design support, attainment tracking, payout calculations, and dispute resolution.
β’ Demonstrated capability to manage a forecasting process: executing the process, enforcing data discipline in CRM, and providing reliable roll-ups to leadership.
β’ Proficient in creating and maintaining SFDC reports and dashboards for Sales leadership and frontline managers.
β’ Strong ownership mindset β proactively identifies tasks that need completion and takes initiative without requiring direction.
β’ Excellent cross-functional communication skills: able to engage fluently in a forecasting review with a sales manager and handle a compensation dispute conversation with Finance within the same week.
