
Senior Sales Operations Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for your designated region, drive annual and quarterly planning, set targets, perform independent business analysis, gather insights, and provide compelling recommendations to GTM and GTMOps leadership while managing change to align with Sales Lead priorities.
• Take ownership of territory delineation, updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities during business planning and execution.
• Assist in leading the forecasting process and maintaining the cadence of business inspections.
• Initiate and lead complex change management projects aimed at enhancing business performance.
• Serve as the regional representative in collaboration with other Sales Ops functions, including sales compensation, pricing, and deal desk.
• Develop analytical dashboards using Google Sheets or Looker to inform strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate closely to drive strategy, revenue growth, and scalable operations with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market functions (e.g., Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Growth, Marketing), GTMOps teams (Sales Ops, Systems & Process, Pipeline Operations, Enablement), and, on occasion, our Product team.
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a business operations role at top tech companies.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and related sales productivity tools.
• Strong grasp of general SaaS operations, industry best practices, and standards.
• Experience working within a global team and collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to influence swift business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for managing detailed cross-functional projects.
