This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist with regular and one-time reporting regarding pipeline, bookings, forecasting, productivity, and performance metrics.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of sales data within CRM and related systems through maintenance and validation.
• Help administer sales processes, including territory alignment, account assignment, quota tracking, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance operational workflows, implement system updates, and document processes.
• Examine trends in sales data and deliver insights to aid in business planning and decision-making.
• Play a role in creating dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries for review by leadership.
• Assist with system enhancements, testing, and user acceptance tasks related to sales tools and reporting platforms.
• Record standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with established processes and controls.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as needed to meet business requirements.
• 5 years of experience in a related role.
• Demonstrated experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business analytics, finance, or a similar analytical position.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and clearly communicate findings.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent data analysis software.
