This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Position selected services and solutions within the financial sector.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams, including external partners.
• Develop and execute account expansion strategies through up-selling and cross-selling.
• Represent Tieto at customer and industry events, as well as conferences.
• Align solutions with customer business objectives to establish Tieto as a strategic partner.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Participate in internal sales enablement and mentoring initiatives.
• 10+ years of proven sales experience in IT services and solutions, with a focus on the Financial Services sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies within the German market.
• Extensive network of contacts and clients within the Financial industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in consultative selling methodologies and customer journey mapping.
• Well-informed about EU financial regulations, including BaFin, PSD2, and DORA.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent command of German, with the ability to conduct customer conversations in both German and English.
• Cultural sensitivity and multilingual proficiency to navigate regional business environments successfully.
