This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Position services and solutions strategically within the financial sector.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate new customer relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with delivery and engineering teams, including external partners.
• Develop and execute account expansion strategies through both up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
• Represent Tieto at customer and industry events, as well as conferences.
• Align solutions with customer business objectives to establish Tieto as a strategic partner.
• Maintain precise forecasting and pipeline management utilizing CRM tools.
• Participate in internal sales enablement and mentoring programs.
• Over 10 years of successful sales experience in IT services and solutions, with a focus on the Financial Services sector.
• Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the German market.
• Extensive network of contacts and clients within the Financial industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Proficient in consultative selling methodologies and customer journey mapping.
• Well-informed about EU financial regulations, including BaFin, PSD2, and DORA.
• Established track record of building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills complemented by effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent proficiency in German, with demonstrated ability to conduct customer discussions in both German and English.
• A collaborative and mentoring approach to working with colleagues and partners.
• Cultural sensitivity and multilingual proficiency to successfully operate in diverse regional business environments.
