This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in refining our sales strategy and enhancing our account expansion process
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Oversee the team's sales pipeline, activities, and forecasts
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to foster skill development
• Gather market and customer insights and relay feedback to our product team
• Collaborate with the channel ecosystem and Product Specialists on large, complex deals
• Identify and facilitate opportunities for training, career development, and growth
• Over 5 years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS
• More than 5 years in a distinguished sales career with recognized achievements
• A successful history as a team leader selling a comprehensive suite of products
• Proven ability to consistently generate revenue and surpass quotas
• A strong enthusiasm for mentoring and developing sales professionals
• Demonstrated capability to join and support Account Managers during calls
• A consistent history in executing a repeatable sales process
• Experience in leading renewals and managing sales activities
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to influence go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
