This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for enhancing customer relationships and spearheading the GE Gas Power strategy within a designated customer base.
• Tasked with generating orders, commitments, and revenue across the entirety of GE Gas Power Heavy Duty Services.
• Oversee customer relationships for accounts in their specific region and lead negotiations and closures with customers.
• Collaborate with commercial operations to create successful strategies and secure order closures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project, opportunity, and transactional outage data within the CRM system.
• Comprehend industry and market dynamics to identify business opportunities, crafting winning solutions for customers.
• Formulate long-term strategic plans for each customer to drive market penetration and growth.
• Continuously assess and promote the development of the opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities.
• Maintain a unified approach to customers across various products, and develop comprehensive account plans.
• Propel orders, sales, cash flow, and contribution margin (CM) growth.
• Provide leadership by developing and executing proposal strategies that leverage GE's competitive strengths to fulfill customer needs while achieving GE’s business objectives.
• Generate proposals for transactional outage opportunities with nominal values using quick quotes, templates, and Microsoft Word.
• Engage with Commercial Operations, Service Execution teams, and other departments as necessary.
• Expand the GE Power Services Gas North America business with clients in the assigned sub-region.
• Manage a sales pipeline for complex, multi-offering transactions that may encompass Parts, Repairs, Outage Services, Performance Upgrades, Digital Solutions, and Long-Term Service Agreements.
• Direct the development of deal strategies and conduct reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Specialty Sales Managers and Service Execution teams to improve the outage planning process, thus broadening outage scopes.
• Stay informed about market trends, customer strategies/profiles/requirements, including outage schedules and competitor actions.
• Share insights internally and leverage market knowledge to drive sales opportunities with clients.
• Cultivate and enhance customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide demand forecasting and pacing assistance to Sales Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution, or an associate degree/relevant technical certification with 3 years of pertinent industry experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management, or Customer Service within the Power Generation sector.
• Proficiency in effectively interacting with all levels of internal and external customer organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Competence in managing and influencing within a matrix environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of the commercial cycle, covering product line/marketing/sales/commercial operations/engineering.
• Solid account management abilities, including relationship development at the C-suite level.
