Senior Sales Executive – Core Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieving sales objectives within the designated territory.

• Execution of sales strategies as outlined by the management team.

• Leading the sales process from initial engagement to deal closure.

• Fostering strong relationships with clients.

• Engaging in market analysis and building relationships with senior management and key opinion leaders in the banking and financial services sectors.

• Initiating and managing the complete sales cycle for new clients.

• Negotiating or providing support in negotiations regarding sales and service agreements.

• Assisting in market research and developing prospective client profiles.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with C-level clients, business partners, and industry affiliates.

• Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking quarterly forecasts and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in achieving new sales and sales targets within the banking and financial sectors.

• Significant relevant experience in the same field.

• Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Strong comprehension of banking operations and associated processes (front, middle, back office).

• Comprehensive understanding of IT processes and implementations.

• University degree in relevant business disciplines, preferably with a postgraduate qualification.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• International experience and readiness to be deployed across the territory.
