This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment of outbound efforts with:
• Campaigns focused on brand awareness
• Content marketing strategies
• Events and initiatives for lead generation
• Provide market insights to enhance messaging, positioning, and campaign targeting
• Lead and engage in conferences, webinars, panels, and industry events
• Represent the company as a credible subject-matter expert in the market
• Establish and maintain a prominent professional presence across relevant social media and industry platforms
• Clearly and compellingly communicate the company’s value proposition to senior stakeholders
• Assess opportunities based on established commercial and strategic criteria
• Work collaboratively with Sales Executives to:
• Transition qualified opportunities
• Support deal strategy and stakeholder mapping
• Assist in advancing deals towards closure
• Cultivate newly formed relationships to foster:
• Repeat business opportunities
• Cross-selling and upselling potential
• Long-term strategic partnerships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and partners
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
• Maintain precise CRM records and pipeline reporting
• Track pipeline value generated
• Monitor the number, value, and quality of qualified opportunities
• Record actual revenue generated from executed opportunities
• 8–12+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Origination roles within:
• Working capital solutions, trade finance, supply chain finance, payments, treasury, liquidity, or related FinTech solutions
• Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise and mid-cap companies across various European markets and sectors
• Proven experience engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders (CFO, Treasurer, Group Finance Director, Head of Treasury)
• A solid track record of building greenfield pipelines, entering new markets, or launching new propositions
• Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales Execution teams in a scaling organization
• Exposure to selling solutions directly to banks (Tier 1 & Tier 2) or through bank partnerships would be advantageous
• An established network of senior corporate finance and treasury contacts
• A credible external profile in the market, which includes:
• Participation in conferences
• Engagement in panel discussions or webinars
• Active and professional utilization of LinkedIn and industry platforms
