This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement ongoing learning and development plans tailored for sales representatives and leaders. This includes pinpointing skill gaps, creating advanced training modules, and ensuring consistency with the entire employee lifecycle.
• Create and enhance comprehensive onboarding programs for new members of the sales team. This encompasses evaluating training requirements, developing content, and continually refining the program to remain aligned with the latest sales strategies and market trends.
• Leverage data analytics to evaluate sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement. This entails analyzing sales metrics, offering insights, and suggesting strategies to boost sales effectiveness.
• Manage the development and organization of a thorough library of sales enablement resources, such as playbooks, training materials, and best practices, ensuring they are current and effectively meet the needs of the sales team.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure unified messaging and strategic alignment. This includes engaging in cross-departmental meetings and coordinating joint initiatives.
• Enhance and facilitate training sessions on essential sales systems and tools, including CRM platforms and CPQ software. This involves producing instructional content and leading interactive training sessions.
• Serve as a mentor to fellow sales enablement professionals, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices while promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the sales enablement team.
• Support the management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and undertake additional projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the sales enablement function.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests related to sales operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales enablement or a comparable role within a SaaS organization.
• Previous experience as a SaaS seller is strongly preferred.
• CPLP/CPSC/ATD Certifications are advantageous.
• Strong operational knowledge of the ADDIE model.
• Experience in training and collaborating with SDRs/BDRs, Key/Strategic sales representatives, solution consultants, product marketing, sales operations, and product development roles.
• Familiarity with some or all of the following medical specialties: dermatology, plastic surgery, orthopedics, pain management, obgyn, ENT, Allergy, GI, Podiatry, Urology (preferred).
• High proficiency in Google Suite and Office Suite.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce and related tools.
• Significant experience managing and creating content in LMS, with Docebo as a plus.
• Competence in Video/Audio production and editing skills, along with experience in conducting podcast-style interviews.
• Willingness to travel 15% to various company locations or client sites.
