This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to pinpoint capability gaps and propose scalable enablement strategies, including the integration of AI.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enablement programs spanning onboarding, sales methodologies, product knowledge, messaging, and selling skills.
• Manage enablement initiatives comprehensively, from conducting needs analysis and developing content to facilitation, reinforcement, and assessment.
• Create impactful learning experiences and resources, such as workshops, playbooks, coaching materials, and digital learning tools.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other business leaders to translate go-to-market strategies into actionable, role-specific learning.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of enablement efforts using learner feedback, behavioral assessments, and sales performance metrics.
• Utilize enablement technologies and AI to customize learning experiences and enhance program scalability.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales leaders throughout the UK and Europe.
• Report directly to the Manager of Sales Enablement.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a related commercial enablement role.
• Preferably experience within the B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing sales enablement programs across onboarding, methodologies, product knowledge, and selling skills.
• Capability to independently lead enablement initiatives from needs analysis to delivery, reinforcement, and evaluation.
• Confidence in facilitating engaging learning experiences, whether virtually, in-person, or in blended formats.
• Strong grasp of consultative, value-driven sales methodologies.
• Comfort in partnering with senior sales leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions.
