This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Promotes and sells Medtronic's Coronary products/CathWorks and services within a designated geographic area and/or specific client accounts to achieve or surpass sales goals.
• Responsible for cultivating, developing, and enhancing long-term relationships with stakeholders, which include, but are not limited to, hospitals, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
• Tasked with pursuing leads, evaluating needs, and delivering product services to maximize the advantages gained from Medtronic's Coronary products/CathWorks and/or services.
• Advocates for the growth of Medtronic's Coronary products/CathWorks and services to both existing and competitive clients.
• Conducts and/or analyzes market research, including activities of customers and competitors.
• Develops and/or executes market development plans/strategies and makes adjustments as necessary.
• Relays customer feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record in medical sales, preferably with pacing or stent products.
• Experience in sales and personnel management functions.
• Familiarity with the pacing or interventional cardiology customer base.
• Additional experience in marketing, training, technical services, or related fields.
