Senior Sales Development Representative – Cybersecurity, Information Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with enterprise accounts throughout North America via outbound cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.

• Assess incoming leads and arrange discovery meetings for senior sales leadership.

• Foster relationships with CISOs, VPs of Information Security, IT Directors, and other key cybersecurity figures.

• Perform research on target accounts, security initiatives, compliance needs, and organizational challenges.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and activity tracking in CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Leverage sales engagement tools, power dialers, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to implement high-volume outreach campaigns.

• Work alongside marketing and leadership teams on webinars, events, and lead generation strategies.

• Assist in pipeline management and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives.

• Navigate enterprise sales processes and compliance discussions involving frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR focused on US-based accounts with a demonstrable record of success.

• At least 2 years of experience in selling Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT Consulting services.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).

• Proven experience selling to CISOs, VPs of Information Security, and enterprise security leaders.

• Fully bilingual in professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Proficient in using HubSpot or Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools, and power dialers.

• Experience in both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

• Excellent consultative communication, objection handling, and enterprise sales abilities.

• Experience with event coordination or marketing support is advantageous.
