This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to assist in customer contracting from pre-deal structuring to execution.
• Serve as the main cross-functional liaison between Sales and internal stakeholders throughout commercial negotiations.
• Foster alignment among Legal, Finance, Project Delivery, Product, and Executive teams regarding deal terms.
• Convert commercial goals into actionable internal requirements and necessary approvals.
• Oversee internal review and approval processes for customer agreements.
• Keep track of active deal pipelines and proactively eliminate obstacles to contract execution.
• Monitor contract status, approvals, outstanding issues, and execution timelines across multiple concurrent deals.
• Collaborate with Legal to standardize templates, fallback positions, and negotiation strategies.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience coupled with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Preference for direct experience in negotiating Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), tolling, lease, and other financed contracts.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple high-priority deals concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation support skills.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and contract lifecycle management tools (Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign, etc.).
• Ability to balance customer responsiveness with internal business demands and risk management.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and developing scalable processes.
