This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +17 more states.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, FP&A, and Sales Leadership to create compensation plans and performance metrics that enhance productivity and align with business objectives.
• Develop and oversee quota assignments based on forecasts to ensure they are realistic and in line with business priorities.
• Evaluate compensation performance, achievement trends, sales costs, ROI, and channel outcomes to deliver actionable insights.
• Assist in compensation operations by providing reporting for payout processing and collaborating to address cases and exceptions.
• Monitor SPIFF and incentive performance and suggest enhancements to improve program efficiency.
• Conduct audits of compensation attainment, partner network status, and adherence to processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR and legal standards.
• Facilitate the launch of new sales initiatives and process enhancements throughout the organization.
• Over 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Planning, Compensation, or a related area.
• Proficiency in sales compensation, sales analytics, performance management, or similar sales operations fields.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and other business intelligence applications.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues, apply sound judgment, and achieve effective results.
• Experience collaborating across functions to enhance processes and support strategic business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert data into clear insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
