This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to comprehend customer requirements and suggest optimized solutions.
• Convert intricate customer needs into precise engineering specifications.
• Assist in prototyping, testing, and validating new designs.
• Guide junior engineers and enhance the technical skills of the team.
• Articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Offer hands-on assistance for technical engagement during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Work collaboratively across functions to develop new products and enhance application performance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Over 5 years of experience in integrated product design for robotics, mechatronics, or medical devices.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting commercial teams or engaging with customers.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical design and prototyping.
• Proficient in SolidWorks at an advanced level.
• Strong analytical skills along with debugging and problem-solving expertise.
• Engage directly with state-of-the-art robotics technologies that are shaping the future of automation.
• Combine technical engineering with tangible impact, influencing products that are utilized worldwide.
• Collaborate with top-tier engineers in high-precision mechanical, electromechanical, and opto-mechanical systems.
