Senior SaaS Configuration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of intricate technical systems solutions for Demand Side Management, Transportation Electrification, and clean energy technologies, specifically targeting utilities, transmission, and distribution system operators.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of customer business drivers, primary use cases, and overarching objectives to create customized, advanced solutions.

• Acquire and sustain expert-level knowledge of the company's no-code/low-code SaaS platforms, acting as a senior advisor and key user.

• Enhance efficiency in both internal and external systems and workflows, aligning with strategic business objectives.

• Supervise the creation of detailed gap analysis reports, use-case documents, and the formulation of thorough Technical Requirements and Specification Documents.

• Provide senior-level consulting on product configuration, launch, and deliver ongoing system support for a suite of Energy Efficiency management products.

• Manage the complete life cycle implementation of enterprise software systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and project guidelines.

• Direct the implementation of business logic, user interfaces, and databases, collaborating closely with clients’ technical teams and stakeholders to guarantee seamless integration and functionality of the systems implemented.

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team skill development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or an MBA with a focus on Technology Management, with significant relevant experience considered in lieu of formal education.

• Extensive hands-on experience with daily application development using no-code/low-code platforms or web development tools.

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in systems development, focusing on energy efficiency management systems.

• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and implement complex energy data solutions for clients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated interpersonal capabilities and experience in leading teams and managing projects.
