Senior Rust Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

• Conducting research and gaining insights into intricate protocols

• Creating, executing, and documenting distributed systems

• Building protocols or protocol-driven applications utilizing Rust

• Crafting and establishing testing and quality assurance methodologies

• Engaging with clients or participating in open source communities

• Proficient in systems programming

• Proven experience in leading small teams

• Competence in designing interoperable software architectures

• Minimum of 5+ years in collaborative software development

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Rust

• Complete proficiency in English
