This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of autonomous features for heavy construction machinery.
• Create high-level planners for new construction activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams during technical design evaluations and execution.
• Work closely with hardware, software, and operations teams to incorporate robotic systems into operational environments.
• Enhance the reliability, safety, and performance of existing autonomous systems in the field.
• Manage technical roadmaps and contribute to the long-term product vision.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in developing robotics or autonomous systems.
• Strong command of Python and C++ programming languages.
• Familiarity with robotic frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.
• Experience in controls, motion planning, localization, and/or perception systems.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and real-time software architectures.
