Project Manager – RPA, AI Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.

• Establish project scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and defined quality standards.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution.

• Create Weekly Status Reports, Executive Dashboards, and Project Health Reports.

• Identify possible project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in IT Project Management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are preferred.

• Experience in managing software implementation, digital transformation, RPA, AI, or automation projects.

• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with one or more RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Microsoft Power Automate).

• Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, and Asana.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
