• Collaborate with clients to grasp their business logic, decision-making processes, pain points, fraud patterns, data availability, data quality, and desired outcomes.
• Convert business challenges into actionable requirements for risk and solutions.
• Facilitate technical discussions with clients’ risk, fraud, AML, and data teams to ensure thorough and high-quality data collection.
• Oversee data transfer coordination and validate data quality.
• Perform data analysis and fraud pattern analysis leveraging strong domain expertise and business insight.
• Develop, recommend, test, and refine detection strategies to enhance risk management outcomes.
• Set up DataVisor platform components, including Rules Engine, Decision Flows, Case Management, Knowledge Graph, and BI Dashboards.
• Provide customized solutions that deliver significant business value for clients.
• Collaborate with the ML Modeling team to design, fine-tune, and assess supervised and unsupervised fraud detection models.
• Evaluate model performance metrics and offer recommendations on threshold setting and decision-making strategies.
• Manage solution delivery projects using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Take responsibility for the creation, upkeep, and reporting of essential internal and client-facing project deliverables.
• Share project insights, recommendations, and solution results with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Showcase configured solutions and clearly articulate their business impact.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in fraud and/or AML strategy, analytics, or modeling.
• At least 2 years of experience leading client-facing data analytics or consulting projects.
• Profound domain knowledge of fraud and AML use cases within the financial services sector.
• Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins and layered business logic.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, and Java is advantageous.
• Experience utilizing LLM tools like ChatGPT and Claude to expedite research, problem-solving, and documentation.
• Proven track record in configuring technical products and troubleshooting feature, rule, and result behaviors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
• Commitment to documentation discipline and enthusiasm for automation using AI tools and agents.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
