This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the key operational collaborator for the revenue department.
• Convert pipeline and performance metrics into actionable revenue insights.
• Oversee the complete operating rhythm—weekly forecasts, monthly evaluations, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Create presentations for executives and board members, as well as sales leadership materials.
• Manage and oversee the revenue technology stack.
• Promote user adoption of Salesforce and Tableau within the organization.
• Provide training on enablement and tools to the wider sales team.
• Ensure an accurate sales pipeline and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Oversee the structure and governance of the sales organization.
• Spearhead the ongoing enhancement of the sales operating model.
• Practical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Contracts, and CPQ).
• Familiarity with tools such as Demandbase, Gong, Certinia, or Tableau is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, or a related field.
