📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge in charge capture, CDM application, compliance, and reimbursement.

• Oversee audits and assist with governance projects.

• Enhance revenue optimization throughout various departments.

• Ensure compliance with CMS and payer standards.

• Perform pre/post billing audits to confirm charge mappings.

• Examine trends and root causes affecting reimbursement.

• Create reports and dashboards that provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle, charge capture, or CDM.

• In-depth understanding of CPT/HCPCS coding and reimbursement processes.

• Proficient knowledge of CDM structure and its clinical applications.

• Solid background in auditing and compliance.

• Capability to assess the financial impact of charge-related issues.

• Experience in workflow redesign and optimization.

• Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.

• Proven ability to lead training and educational programs.
