This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior point of contact for resolving complex, high-value billing challenges.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses on denials, rejections, underpayments, and configuration mistakes.
• Identify and document all impacted claims and accounts when a systemic issue is detected.
• Clearly document findings and present recommendations to team leaders and management.
• Collaborate daily with various teams to address issues that cross team boundaries.
• Oversee and manage transitions between different functions.
• Proactively communicate status updates, obstacles, and solutions.
• Implement and verify account setups and configuration modifications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for the broader Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization.
• Prepare and provide clear written and verbal updates to executive leadership.
• Handle a high volume of simultaneous tasks while meeting productivity and completion-rate goals.
• Over 5 years of experience in billing.
• At least five (5) years in a dynamic, high-volume medical billing or revenue cycle role.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in detailed root cause analysis.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
• Familiarity with multiple billing, practice management, or RCM systems.
• Professional communication skills suitable for client interactions.
• Proficient in English.
• Exceptional organizational abilities.
• Experience in executive-level communication.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert.
• Quick learner with adaptability.
• Flexible working hours.
• Driven by goals.
• Must have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 MBPS.
• Must be comfortable working during US business hours.
