This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Oversee and nurture essential intermediary/provider connections while driving fund sales through these relationships.
• Collaborate with wholesalers from national recordkeeping platforms to boost awareness of Franklin Templeton's investment offerings.
• Promote Franklin Templeton's value-added programs to assist Retirement Intermediaries in crafting superior plan solutions and expanding their business portfolios.
• Stay updated on industry trends/topics and excel in delivering value-added presentations to advisors and plan sponsors.
• A minimum of 10 years of field consulting/sales experience in the DC and investment sectors.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses are mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of investments/products, including Target Date Solutions and Stable Value.
• Exceptional relationship management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle a large territory with numerous elements.
• Proven sales abilities focused on closing deals.
• Experience in public speaking and conducting seminars.
• Familiarity with the territory, preferably in New England.
