This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Design and spearhead a comprehensive customer retention strategy with significant impact.
• Enhance and refine the journey for returning customers.
• Pinpoint crucial moments to boost engagement and uncover growth opportunities.
• Track and report essential KPIs such as repurchase rates, channel conversion, and LTV/CAC.
• Work in close collaboration with the Data Science, Creative, IT, and Growth teams.
• Develop and prioritize tests, campaigns, and automated processes aimed at meeting retention objectives.
• Own and present key retention metrics—conversion rates, revenue, repurchase, and LTV/CAC.
• Lead weekly reporting sessions and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure punctual and high-quality execution of projects.
• Over 7 years of experience in crafting and implementing impactful retention marketing strategies, preferably in fast-paced, digital-first settings.
• More than 5 years in leadership positions.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Relevant Field: Business, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in interpreting customer data.
• Comprehensive understanding of online engagement platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A dynamic, ambitious, and inquisitive mindset.
• A demonstrated history of effective people management.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of Spanish and familiarity with Data Science, SQL, or analytics tools is highly advantageous.
• Basic understanding of front-end tools, technical tracking, or experience collaborating with engineering teams is a plus.
