This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Deliver thorough information regarding the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program to clients, ensuring they fully grasp the benefits, processes, and available options.
β’ Exhibit empathy and engage in active listening to understand and deescalate distressed clients, addressing their concerns and reducing their stress related to financial matters.
β’ Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively to swiftly access and understand client information, including their current financial standing and program progress. Maintain precise and detailed records of all client interactions and program developments within the CRM system.
β’ Evaluate the client's existing financial situation and identify the most suitable options to assist them in their journey toward becoming debt-free.
β’ Partner with clients to create tailored solutions that align with their financial objectives, and motivate them to stay committed to the Beyond Finance program.
β’ Achieve or surpass retention goals and earn commissions based on your ability to facilitate clients in reaching their financial aspirations.
β’ Above all, deliver a premier customer service experience via phone and various communication tools by responding to client inquiries and anticipating unvoiced needs.
β’ Required - Background in Retention, Sales, or Collections.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent (an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is advantageous).
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes.
β’ Resilient and able to maintain composure under pressure.
β’ Proven ability to negotiate and effectively deescalate client issues.
β’ Technologically savvy with proficiency in a Client Relationship Management system (CRM).
β’ Strong customer focus and adaptability to various personality types.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by active listening.
β’ Promotes team and departmental collaboration and inclusion.
β’ Possesses troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
