This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +5 more states.

• Foster long-term utilization of Omnipod® products while enhancing health and quality of life outcomes for those managing diabetes.
• Combine extensive clinical knowledge, consultative sales skills, and relationship management to ensure customer retention through impactful education, proactive problem-solving, and tailored clinical support.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Train customers and healthcare providers on Omnipod data and reporting tools to encourage informed clinical discussions and optimize therapy outcomes.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Current, professional clinical credentials are required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with healthcare providers in a diabetes management environment.
• A valid Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is essential.
• Capability to uphold all necessary professional licenses and Omnipod product certifications.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences through phone and virtual communication platforms.
