This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Coordinate the Go-to-Market calendars for seasonal and product launches.
• Serve as the main marketing liaison for retail partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Retail Fixture Team to develop POS displays and signage.
• Evaluate sell-through metrics and return on investment for trade expenditures.
• Ensure uniform product messaging and readiness within the supply chain.
• Partner with the Retail Digital Media team to implement omnichannel strategies.
• Oversee the trade marketing budget with a strong sense of accountability.
• Take ownership of the digital retail experience and enhance online content.
• Organize trade shows and conferences, overseeing everything from logistics to ROI evaluation.
• Create training programs for retail teams.
• Initiate and manage Staff Advocacy programs.
• Act as the primary communication link between retail and marketing teams.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Extensive experience in marketing, retail, and visual merchandising.
• Profound knowledge of retailers such as Target, Walmart, and Best Buy, along with insights into consumer behavior.
• Over 6 years of experience in trade marketing or retail marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage retail account relationships.
• Practical experience with in-store marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills combined with commercial insight.
• Knowledge of retail media networks.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in budget management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
