This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee resource planning and allocation within the Marketing department, ensuring a match between skills, capacity, and prioritized demands.
• Regularly assess resource utilization and modify assignments to enhance delivery, minimize bottlenecks, and boost throughput.
• Assist in prioritization decisions by providing insights into capacity limits and trade-offs.
• Create and maintain proactive capacity forecasts based on anticipated pipeline demands and visibility of the roadmap.
• Identify resource deficits and risks; propose solutions such as hiring, reallocation, or outsourcing.
• Establish and uphold consistent resource management practices, tools, and operational rhythms across the Marketing PMO.
• Ensure consistency between intake processes, prioritization, and resource distribution.
• Monitor and report on resource utilization, capacity, and delivery metrics.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across various teams and workstreams.
• Maintain practical expertise in Adobe Workfront as the primary marketing work management system.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing project management, resource management, or operations within a cross-functional marketing environment.
• Direct experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing efforts, including paid media, web, email, print, and related channels (experience limited to digital or single-channel is insufficient).
• Proven track record in managing resource allocation across different teams and workstreams.
• Practical experience with Adobe Workfront (or a similar work management platform), with a strong preference for expertise in Workfront.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze data, extract insights, and make actionable recommendations to guide business and resource decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including experience with capacity planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential, as this role frequently collaborates with English-speaking stakeholders across teams and regions.
