• Oversee and execute various executive search projects simultaneously.

• Collaborate with Client Partners to create client briefs, competency assessments, and advertisement content.

• Build longlists and talent pipelines by pinpointing target companies and top-tier candidates.

• Reach out to potential candidates via phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and other sourcing platforms.

• Conduct technical and competency-based interviews with candidates.

• Create candidate shortlists that align with client specifications and competencies.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to aid business development efforts.

• Keep precise candidate records in the company's CRM/database.

• Organize interview schedules and handle feedback exchanges between clients and candidates.

• Generate comprehensive candidate reports and market mapping documents.

• Assist with offer management and negotiation processes for candidates.

• Share ideas and best practices to enhance search execution and team productivity.

• Prior recruitment experience in executive search, retained search, or interim recruitment.

• Extensive experience in conducting candidate assessment interviews.

• Demonstrated capability to independently create candidate longlists and shortlists.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Confidence in engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A proactive and self-driven approach to learning and professional growth.

• Experience in the Industrials or Life Sciences sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment sourcing tools.
