This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Collaborate within a diverse portfolio of advanced evidence synthesis projects in a multi-tiered team framework.
• Produce client-ready outputs, including study protocols, statistical analysis plans, technical reports, and presentation slides.
• Manage daily communications with clients.
• Delegate and supervise tasks performed by junior researchers.
• Independently handle intricate job responsibilities.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to others involved in project work.
• Participate in discussions regarding short-term resource allocation.
• Manage project elements by partnering with staff to guarantee high-quality results.
• Assist in ensuring timely project delivery and financial success of projects or their components.
• Estimate necessary hours, identify potential challenges early, and communicate changes and feasible solutions to the project leader.
• Review update slides, minutes, and actions for comprehensive studies.
• Lead client calls and address emails.
• Develop growth plans and mentor direct reports.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations.
• Engage in new-business meetings, including concept development.
• Master’s degree in a field related to health services research, such as health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science.
• 4–6 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment criteria.
• Adequate understanding of methodologies for conducting systematic literature reviews and/or quantitative evidence synthesis studies.
• Capability to identify evidence-synthesis considerations and articulate them in deliverables.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EndNote.
• Familiarity with R/R Shiny is an advantage.
