Senior Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform financial analysis within capital markets.

• Identify market relative values and offer investment recommendations.

• Build and maintain a network of professional contacts related to sector assignments.

• Continuously monitor all investments assigned by Senior Management.

• Execute due diligence prior to making investment decisions.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of GAAP, GASB, or Statutory accounting practices.

• Engage in discussions with sell-side analysts and deliver presentations.

• Create financial forecasts, conduct comparable company analyses, and develop valuation models.

• Generate timely research on specific companies and sector-related topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics with at least 4 years of relevant investment experience.

• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Bloomberg, S&P CAP IQ, and SNL.

• Excellent communication skills for both oral presentations and written reports.

• Capability to work independently to support various investment strategies.

• Dedication to learning and fostering relationships that align with departmental objectives and goals.
