Senior Requirements Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and oversee requirements

• Establish and prioritize the product backlog

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions

• Operate within agile frameworks

• Enhance requirements and determine minimum viable products (MVPs)

• Engage with stakeholders, business sectors, and cross-functional teams

• Generate functional documentation

• Aid in delivering value on medium- to high-complexity projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Requirements Analyst or Product Analyst on medium- to high-complexity projects

• Skills in backlog management, requirements refinement, and defining MVPs

• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, business areas, and cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and functional documentation practices

• Analytical, strategic thinking, and a focus on value delivery

• Proficient in Jira

• Experienced with Confluence

• Knowledge of Figma

• Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies

• Ability to write User Stories

• Preferred skills: Miro, Power BI, and Data Modeling
