This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the complete renewal process for an international portfolio.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal account teams.
• Foster cross-functional agreement.
• Spot upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming possibilities.
• Ensure accurate "source of truth" data is maintained in Salesforce.
• Negotiate with sophisticated enterprise clients and partners.
• 3–4 years or more of experience in SaaS renewals or Account Management.
• Negotiation Skills: At ease discussing financial matters, overcoming procurement challenges, and influencing key decision-makers.
• Operational Resilience: Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Collaborative Attitude and Experience: Comfortable working with high-achieving, multifunctional account teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in Cybersecurity or Identity Management is a significant advantage.
• Global Perspective: Comfortable working across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM). Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
