This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the renewals and upselling process in collaboration with the Client Management team to enhance retention and growth across an enterprise customer portfolio.
• Proactively engage with key decision-makers and the Client Management team to identify and address renewal risks early, developing clear action plans to tackle them.
• Lead negotiations for renewals and contract execution that align with both Modern Health’s objectives and client goals, fostering long-term, value-driven partnerships.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to forecasting, ensuring that renewal and expansion projections are accurate, timely, and transparently communicated.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and at the executive level to implement risk-mitigation strategies and drive appropriate actions with internal stakeholders.
• Identify and assess upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal cycle to enhance wallet share and strengthen client engagement with Modern Health.
• A minimum of 6 years of Client Success and/or Account Management experience within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
• Experience engaging with buyers in HR, People, Benefits, or Total Rewards is advantageous.
• A proven history of surpassing retention and revenue targets, with concrete examples of how you have safeguarded and expanded ARR.
• Highly organized and proactive, capable of effective prioritization, taking initiative, and functioning both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and maintaining pipeline/forecast hygiene.
• Candidates must be able to sustain work authorization throughout their employment without employer sponsorship or employer-provided training plans or attestations (such as the Form I-983 required for STEM OPT). Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
