This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Assist the Field Sales Organization and Sales Operations team in enhancing ARR retention at scale through the execution of the following tasks:
• Design and develop operational dashboards to facilitate regional oversight of the renewals business.
• Collaborate with our Finance, IT, and Sales Analytics teams to establish and maintain a unified source of truth for renewals data.
• Create documentation for data and metrics definitions concerning key terms related to renewals in a centralized repository.
• Strategize and articulate business requirements to automate the processes of renewals forecasting, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Empower field sales and sales operations partners to utilize renewals dashboards effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate business users on the nuances of renewals data and enhance their capability to identify at-risk renewals and monitor progress on risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead globally standardized operational cadence reviews with the field to assess at-risk renewals and compile a comprehensive global renewal forecast.
• Provide sales leadership with business insights regarding renewals performance against key metrics.
• Analyze trends in churn and contraction ARR and deliver business insights.
• Direct the examination of quarterly churn and contraction ARR drivers and insights in collaboration with a cross-functional leadership forum.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities within systems, processes, and data to close performance insight gaps, enhance data accuracy, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst positions.
• Familiarity with the Annual Recurring Revenue business model.
• Experience in reporting ARR metrics such as renewal rate, churn, and net retention.
• Strong business insight with the capability to manage, analyze, and track recurring revenue data.
• Proficient in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting, along with knowledge of data management and analytics tools like Tableau and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in supporting renewals sales and customer retention is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and forecasting methodologies.
• Familiarity with Clari is a plus.
• Ability to evaluate data sources and processes to ensure integrity, completeness, and accuracy of data.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, including Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
• Ability to comprehend complex systems and their interdependencies.
• Proven track record of collecting and assessing data, analyzing trends, and generating actionable insights that foster process and business improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for quickly establishing trust, credibility, and influence among diverse partners.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience collaborating across organizations, particularly in Sales, Finance, IT, Support, and Operations.
