Senior Relationship & Marriage Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct impactful one-on-one and group coaching sessions centered around marriage dynamics, emotional regulation, effective communication, trust restoration, and personal accountability.

• Support clients in navigating emotionally charged situations with clarity, structured approaches, and established frameworks.

• Assist clients in transitioning from crisis and confusion to stability, leadership, and sustainable behavioral changes.

• Monitor client progress throughout emotionally intricate journeys, identifying risks, resistance patterns, and breakthrough moments.

• Take proactive measures when clients face challenges with consistency, emotional setbacks, or indecision.

• Share insights to enhance coaching frameworks and improve client outcomes continuously.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in coaching individuals or couples through marital conflicts, emotional disconnection, trust issues, separation, or reconciliation.

• Ability to work with clients in states of high emotional distress—balancing empathy with assertiveness, challenging avoidance behaviors, and maintaining authority in tough discussions.

• Excellent verbal communication skills—capable of articulating complex emotional dynamics in a clear and practical manner.

• Comfortable facilitating group discussions on sensitive subjects.

• Organized, dependable, and adept at functioning within a structured program.

• Direct experience in relationship, marriage, or couples coaching is essential. Relevant certifications or qualifications—such as ICF, Gottman Method, EFT, IFS, SYMBIS, PAIRS, PREP, BCC, or LMFT/LPC/LCSW—will be a significant advantage.
