This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable regulatory and operational consultant to skilled nursing and assisted living providers across the nation.
• Track, interpret, and relay industry regulations, reimbursement updates, and emerging trends that affect post-acute care organizations.
• Proactively keep abreast of healthcare industry developments and evaluate operational and regulatory implications for all levels of SNF and AL organizations.
• Create and present timely educational materials such as webinars, presentations, training resources, videos, and industry guides.
• Generate thought leadership content through social media interactions, industry publications, client correspondence, and participation in conferences.
• Address client inquiries regarding regulatory and operational matters via the Polaris Group Solution Center hotline and email, ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Conduct regulatory research and offer prompt advice to consultants and clients on evolving industry standards and best practices.
• Execute offsite and onsite medical record reviews, regulatory evaluations, and episodic consulting visits as needed.
• Analyze client data and compile detailed reports with actionable recommendations and follow-up strategies.
• Review consultant site visit reports for regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Maintain precise documentation, reports, calendars, and Solution Center records in line with company protocols.
• Foster strong client relationships through responsive communication, strategic advice, and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product development, educational projects, and consulting strategies.
• Represent Polaris Group at conferences, speaking engagements, webinars, and professional industry events.
• Identify opportunities for additional consulting services and work with the sales team to enhance client growth and retention.
• Engage in and lead special projects that contribute to business initiatives, innovation, and organizational growth.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and strategic initiatives as assigned to meet the evolving business needs.
• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Director of Nursing and MDS Coordinator, multi-site management, or equivalent experience.
• Licenses/Certification: Registered Nurse, AAPACN Certification.
