This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for the comprehensive management and oversight of daily operations within the entire registry.
• Leverage key metrics to evaluate execution and overall performance.
• Lead and supervise the designated registry and its associated team.
• Foster robust relationships with participating sites.
• Ensure the proper implementation of the IRB-approved protocol and guarantee adherence to regulatory compliance at each site.
• Monitor and ensure that data queries within assigned registries are addressed promptly.
• Develop strategies for new business opportunities to expand participating providers, sites, and registries.
• Organize workflows to achieve set objectives; delegate responsibilities; provide training, mentoring, and assess team member growth.
• By the 1st of each month, submit key performance indicators regarding site participation and enrollment for the assigned registry to the Director of Registry Management.
• Collaborate with key departments at CorEvitas to devise strategies that enhance provider and subscriber participation in current registries and explore new opportunities in various therapeutic areas.
• Engage in all communications with current subscribers to effectively convey enrollment status per subscriber agreement.
• Lead efforts to propose desired modifications related to the CorEvitas Registry protocol, questionnaires, site performance metrics, assessments, and EDC systems.
• Partner with key leadership to balance resource allocation with the attainment of company objectives.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for sites and investigators; collaborate with principal investigators to navigate enrollment challenges and recommend best practices.
• Master’s degree, ideally in life sciences, public health, health services research, or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in a clinical research environment.
• Possession of GCP and HSP training certificates in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Proven experience in analyzing and interpreting written content and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make informed recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to access information stored in extensive data systems.
• Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, REDCap, Zelta, and Salesforce.
