Senior Regional HR People Partner – NAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Empower leaders, provide support to employees, and implement HR initiatives.

• Serve as a consultant to People Leaders and staff on local HR issues.

• Offer coaching and assistance regarding employee relations and compliance matters.

• Oversee employee relations concerns and grievance processes.

• Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and policies.

• Implement and facilitate HR initiatives throughout the talent lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• At least 5 years of experience in the Human Resources field, covering areas such as recruiting, training, compensation, benefits, employee development, or performance management.
