Senior Regional Consultant, Environmental Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a group of environmental consultants, facilitating their professional growth and project execution.

• Review the work of junior consultants to guarantee accurate, high-quality, and timely outputs prior to client submission.

• Oversee team workload and provide comprehensive project support.

• Analyze data to create damage estimates, assess risks, define scopes, and prepare reports.

• Foster regional expansion through recruitment and business development initiatives.

• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships while generating new opportunities.

• Collaborate with business development on conferences and client outreach activities.

• Conduct and schedule industrial hygiene and building science services.

• Identify environmental risks and health hazards associated with catastrophic events.

• Execute building inspections for asbestos, lead, mold, and other potential hazards.

• Carry out testing, sampling (air, water, soil, etc.), and indoor air quality assessments.

• Create project scopes, protocols, and detailed reports.

• Review invoices, budgets, and schedules on behalf of clients.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, adjusters, and key stakeholders.

• Work independently on smaller projects and collaborate on larger losses.

• Organize project files and documentation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Environmental Sciences, Biological Sciences, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting.

• Certifications in mold, asbestos, and/or lead.

• CIH certification.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for learning and growth.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
