This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive the development of new business by identifying, targeting, and securing new clients.
• Cultivate and expand client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from outreach and qualification to closing and deal structuring.

• Demonstrated success as a B2B sales producer or full-desk recruiter with robust business development experience.
• Comfortable in a dynamic build-mode environment where processes are continually evolving and initiative is essential.
• Proficient in developing client relationships from the ground up and adept at navigating various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and effective in a remote, performance-oriented setting.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, thinking like an owner and driven by growth and long-term opportunities.
• Strong closing skills with the capability to generate revenue, beyond merely filling roles.
