This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Propel new business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with organizations in the healthcare and senior living sectors.

• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management.

• Conduct comprehensive recruiting tasks, including sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing candidates.

• Identify and recruit leadership talent in senior living, assisted living, and healthcare operations.

• Create innovative recruiting and candidate marketing strategies to drive demand.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to enhance delivery and pipeline activities.

• Contribute to shaping the growth strategy and operational foundation of a developing search firm.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Experienced full-desk recruiter or search consultant with a robust business development background.

• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue in a recruiting or staffing context.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-directed approach and a builder mentality.

• Proficient at balancing recruiting delivery with sales responsibilities.

• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or healthcare staffing is preferred but not mandatory.
