This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process from requisition to offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gain insights into hiring requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify, screen, and assess qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Establish and nurture robust talent pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.
• Organize interviews and ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Keep precise recruitment records and guarantee adherence to company policies and employment regulations.
• Assist in offer creation, background checks, and onboarding processes.
• Cultivate relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
• Evaluate recruitment data and support initiatives aimed at process enhancement.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be capable of maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong persuasive abilities.
• Capacity to drive the recruitment process effectively.
• Experience in recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of relevant recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven core competencies essential for the role, including communication, organization, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Workday ATS is a plus.
