Senior Real Property Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assists in the core civil engineering functions related to the acquisition and management of real property.

• Oversees the upkeep and reporting of real property inventory.

• Executes all actions related to Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR).

• Carries out and processes annual compliance inspections for grants.

• Collaborates with various on-base entities including the Environmental Flight and Legal Office.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least five (5) years of experience in real property management.

• Proficient in researching legal documents.

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with federal government real property procedures.

• Competence in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

• A valid state Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
