Senior React Native Mobile Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Lead and take ownership of our mobile applications while playing a senior role in various projects.

• Propel the modernization of our existing mobile app by incorporating essential features from the web platform and enhancing the overall user experience.

• Engage hands-on to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable mobile solutions.

• Collaborate closely with the product team, designers, and fellow engineers to define and refine product features.

• Support colleagues by sharing knowledge, best practices, and architectural insights.

• Adopt AI-enhanced workflows to speed up development, allowing for a focus on high-level architecture and intricate mobile logic.

• Develop and maintain prompt libraries and tailored AI instructions to ensure mobile architecture remains consistent and easily accessible.

• Utilize senior-level judgment to find the right balance between rapid prototyping and long-term maintainability and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 5 years of mobile development experience with a proven history of delivering successful projects from start to finish.

• You have extensive expertise in React Native, Expo, TypeScript, and contemporary mobile tools.

• You are capable of architecting stable and scalable mobile systems, which includes component structure, application state management, and navigation.

• You are knowledgeable in modern mobile engineering practices, including performance optimization, offline capabilities, and native module integration.

• You communicate effectively in English, both in written and verbal forms, and work collaboratively with product teams and engineers to shape and enhance product features.

• You have experience working remotely, are located in the EU, and hold legal authorization to work.
