Senior React Native Engineer, Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the engineering team.

• Create user-friendly frontends that empower both patients and healthcare professionals.

• Work alongside other Product Squads and Clinical teams to convert medical requirements into digital solutions.

• Manage and coordinate development across multiple simultaneous projects, including both mobile and web applications.

• Influence the engineering culture by providing guidance and support to the team.

• Take ownership of the application's technical roadmap.

• Innovate with AI & Automation to enhance team productivity.

• Collaborate directly with experts in Rehabilitation and Prevention.

• Ensure that the frontend is user-friendly and meets benchmarks for digital health accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong "can-do" attitude along with a growth-oriented mindset.

• Extensive experience in mobile application development, particularly within the React Native framework.

• Proven experience in mentoring or leading engineering teams.

• Highly skilled in implementing Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.

• Regularly utilize LLMs in daily coding practices.

• Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks with years of experience in both web/frontend and mobile development.

• Strong interest in backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, and/or Ruby on Rails.

• Familiarity with end-to-end testing frameworks like Cypress.

• In-depth knowledge of state management frameworks including RxJS or Redux.
